I'm giving this recipe 1 star, the directions for the cake are not what is shown on the video. Example she mixes the cocoa in the flour, that is not what the directions say/ I have not tasted but if it was wonderful I would not rate it more than 1 star. I'm a dedicated FOOD NETWORK.FAN and I will not make anything unless I check food network first....

I thought the taste was wonderful. I accidently bought a lg container of fat free and small container of regular it was very good. It will be a go to dip the sauteed onion mixture alone without cream cheese and sour cream will be very good on hamburgers or hot dogs. I think the key is the clarified butter and the wine. I used moscoto.
