Cake was amazing!! Perfect amount of batter, flavorful and moist... but they could have used another teaspoon or so of lime juice. Frosting was just all right, a buttercream with a dash of lime would have paired perfectly with the cupcakes! But overall, these were easy to make, and the end result was amazing!!"

Batter was really like velvet; I would add a little more vanilla and sugar to the batter to make it just a hint sweeter. The frosting was so good! I did end up finding small chunks of the butter-sugar combo mixed in, though, so be sure to mix your frosting very thoroughly. Bake them for 28 minutes for perfection. So good!"

These are the best cupcakes I have EVER had!!! They are unbelievably moist. I made minis and baked for 15 minutes. The recipe says it will make 12, but it's more around 13 or 14, so you can save some batter for later baking or just make extra cupcakes. If you like sweeter cupcakes, add an extra pinch of sugar.
