Reviewed Fettuccini Alfredo with Prosciutto and Peas

I've made this several times and every time it's wonderful! I would NOT add salt. The prosciutto alone is very salty. I would also cut back on adding too much cheese to take away from the salty taste. Will continue to make!"

Reviewed Fish Tacos

Unfortunately the grocery store was out of mahi mahi and only had frozen tilapia. Nonetheless the receipe turned out to great! I used whole wheat flour tortillas to cut on carbs without taking away from the taste and homemade pico de gallo. Overall the tacos tasted so fresh and full of citrus without being too overbearing! Also very healthy!"
