Reviewed Fried Mozzarella Bites

"I made this recipe twice: Once for Thanksgiving and for a baby shower. Both times, everyone raved about these tasty bites! Who would have known, something so simple and easy would make people swoon. I did alter my recipe a bit since making two kinds of bites required more prep, I decided to stick to the plain mozzarella. I did add a little garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper to my bread crumbs and cheese mixture.. YUMMY!! One note: make sure oil is super hot- it only takes literally 15-30 seconds of cooking on each side. Use a completely round slotted spoon to help pick up bites. If oil is not super hot, bites will start to break apart and cheese will fall out. Awesome recipe!
