This recipe worked really well. I also added lemon zest in addition to the lemon juice, and the fish turned out very flavorful and fresh. 15 minutes for smaller fillet might be too long, next time i make it I'll only bake the fish for 12 minutes. When I saw the parchment pockets filled with air, I knew the pocket worked - not that hard to do..."

I tired both this recipe and Emeril's chicken marsala recipe...they are both easy, and my husband likes Emeril's while I liked this one better. Depends if you like cheese type of fat or butter, these two recipes are both very very tasty."
