I just finished making (and tasting) this with my eight year old daughter. Real simple to make. Instead of beating over ice, I always put my mixing bowl and beater in the freezer. Very light and tasty. Not too sweet. I've made mousses before with loads of butter and egges and this is better and healthier!""
