Reviewed Dang Cold Asian Noodle Salad

Oct 23, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

The peanut sauce listed has become my go-to sauce for soba noodle salads, though I do tweak it a tad. I find it a bit too spicy, but instead of using less Sriracha, I add fresh-squeezed lime juice and a generous dash of fish sauce. Like this, it's delicious--bright and spicy.

I don't even know where to begin with this recipe. My husband and I have made it twice now, and both times were remarkably good. Memorable, even. It's so good I don't even care to try any more pulled pork recipes. The barbecue sauce, too, is outstanding. This is the stuff of dreams.

Boy was I right. This is wonderfully flavorful yet simple. Even my Irish grandmother who refuses to eat just about everything loved it.

This couldn't have been better. Simple, perfectly seasoned, and a wonderful way to use a surplus of butternut squash. The saffron and pancetta are delicious.

Reviewed Peanut Soba Noodle Salad

This is great! My husband and I made our own soba noodles, which made it a little more labor-intensive, but the sauce itself was incredibly simple for something so delicious. We added sliced green peppers and just a little bit of lime juice to brighten the flavor then garnished with cilantro. All in all, very yummy. We'll definitely be making it a"
