Reviewed Dang Cold Asian Noodle Salad

The peanut sauce listed has become my go-to sauce for soba noodle salads, though I do tweak it a tad. I find it a bit too spicy, but instead of using less Sriracha, I add fresh-squeezed lime juice and a generous dash of fish sauce. Like this, it's delicious--bright and spicy.

I don't even know where to begin with this recipe. My husband and I have made it twice now, and both times were remarkably good. Memorable, even. It's so good I don't even care to try any more pulled pork recipes. The barbecue sauce, too, is outstanding. This is the stuff of dreams.

This is, hands down, the best shepherd's pie I've ever had. Growing up, I thought I hated it, but I got it in my head one day that it's probably much better than the sludge I was served as a kid. Boy was I right. This is wonderfully flavorful yet simple. Even my Irish grandmother who refuses to eat just about everything loved it.

This couldn't have been better. Simple, perfectly seasoned, and a wonderful way to use a surplus of butternut squash. The saffron and pancetta are delicious.

This is great! My husband and I made our own soba noodles, which made it a little more labor-intensive, but the sauce itself was incredibly simple for something so delicious.
