Reviewed Chicken and Shrimp with Pancetta Chimichurri
"It was fine but we weren't raving and I wouldn't make it again. I felt the chimichurri was way to oily and lemony. The shrimp and chicken together were a little much and I didn't think the pancetta was necessary, nor did it enhance. I did make it with some garlicy braised kale with sundried tomates which was a great compliment to this dish but ""
