Reviewed salami, bacon and spinach hash

I left out the potatoes because I didn't have any but salami is a MUST! This is delicious. One thing I will say is I've never had luck getting crispy fried potatoes unless I par boil them first. I suggest doing that and roasting them in the oven, then throwing them back into the hash. Also, I had to put a lid on at the end to cook the eggs cause...

Reviewed Chicken and Shrimp with Pancetta Chimichurri

It was fine but we weren't raving and I wouldn't make it again. I felt the chimichurri was way to oily and lemony. The shrimp and chicken together were a little much and I didn't think the pancetta was necessary, nor did it enhance. I did make it with some garlicy braised kale with sundried tomates which was a great compliment to this dish but...
