My 13 year-old decided to treat my husband and me with this dessert last week. WOW! What a treat! Simple recipe. You can add a dash of cinnamon if you'd like, but it's great just the way it is. Be careful with the initial flame of lighting the alcohol. My daughter poured in the rum, but I lit. Have made two more times this week. Delicious!"

Reviewed Carrot and Yam Puree

Excellent. Try to NOT over-process the carrots/yams--take out a bit more broth then recommended (2 1/2-3 c.)--you can always add some back. My 16 yr-old said mine was like baby food which was freaking her out. But the kids thought it tasted good and neither one of them are yam fans. Would make again, but leave drier/chunkier.

Reviewed Broiled Tilapia with Mustard-Chive Sauce

Super easy. I doubled the sauce, but kept the lemon juice at 1/4 cup. I used a single serving (5.3 oz) of non-fat Greek yogurt and it worked fine. Served with the carrot/yam puree and even my kids liked it.
