Reviewed Pan Seared T-Bone Steak

I made this last night and, while it was very tasty, I think the cooking times are way too long. I suppose it all depends on the size of and how you like your steak, but if you follow these times, you'll get a steak that is very well done. I like my steaks medium-rare at most, and being that I had a steak that was about 1 1/4 lbs, I cut the cook"
