Reviewed Patti's Potato Salad

"my sister made this, a while back and so i thought i would give it a try cause it was so good!!!!!!! I did a couple of things different, i peeled and cut my potatoes before i boiled them and i mixed the wet ingredients together, before i mixed them in the potatoes. I only used half of celery, half of the onion and half of the bell pepper, and because i don't like mushy potato salad, i washed my hands very good and mixed it with my hands or you can use plastic gloves!!!!!!! This is a great tasting potato salad!!!!!"
