Reviewed Thyme Mustard Catfish over Black-Eyed Pea Cakes

Nov 19, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on Food Network

I'm giving 5 stars for the blackeye pea cakes only, simply because I didn't make the catfish. I used a can of crowder peas instead of the blackeye peas and omitted the roasted red peppers. This is my first review as well as the first recipe of Giada's I've tried. I loved this meatloaf! I omitted the kosher salt since other reviewer's said it made the dish too salty, and used curly parsley instead of flat because my grocery store didn't have it. Turned out wonderful.
