Tasty and not too difficult. I used a large wok which made it easy to cook the pork at high heat.
Didn't really make any significant changes and is a dish I'd recommend, although I liked the Dan Dan noodles from the same episode a little more. So it has been two nights, and two Alton Brown recipes. Next up will be the spring rolls."

This was really easy- I stuck pretty much to the recipe although I added more peanut butter than called for. I thought it wouldn't be spicy enough, but that 1 tablespoon of hot chili oil was enough (and I like things spicy). Fabulous. The supermarket sawed the baby back ribs down the middle, so I might not have had quite the size pieces that Alex did, but it was close. I followed the recipe with a couple additions based on prior users' comments-- I added a little more sugar, honey, and just a bit of cornstarch mixed with water at the end. It was just the proper consistency....
