Reviewed A Trio of Bruschetta

Feb 16, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on

The olive tapenade and the tomato bruschetta are delicious but skip the white bean dip. Not enough flavor and the white beans are big and messy on the toast. The other two are delicious, can be made ahead of time and are a big hit!"

Delicious! Super easy and really good. In my oven, it didn't need the full 15 mins roasting time though so I'd put it in in 5-min increments and keep checking on it! Highly recommended.""

Reviewed Old-Fashioned Fudge Pie

This recipe couldn't be easier and is always a huge hit. I put it with chopped strawberries, or mixed berries, and whipped cream to offset the sweetness. I also use semisweet choc chips instead of squares because I always have them around. I highly recommend this pie!"
