Reviewed Wheat Berries with Strawberries and Goat Cheese
"Loved it!! I have made a similar wheatberry salad (with sliced apples instead- waldorf style) but love the strawberries! I added small chopped celery and used Cotija cheese only because I did not have goat cheese on hand. Can't wait to try it with the goat cheese. The dressing is sooo flavorful and really makes this salad shine!!

Reviewed Creamy Macaroni and Cheese
"I have prepared soooo many mac and cheese recipes over the years, but have never found the right one to keep!! I like mine flavorful, not mushy and not stiff/"cuttable" - I prefer mine to be creamy and "spoonable"!! This one worked for me and my family, although I did not completely follow the recipe... I left out the eggs but added 1/4 cup cream to substitute (I have tried mac and cheese recipes with eggs before and have not liked them - too set up and stiff for me, sometimes curdled no matter what I do! I used a variety of cheeses I had on hand at the time - parm, gruyere, colby...I also baked mine in the oven so I could put panko bread crumbs plus EVOO and sliced tomatoes on half (my half. Yummy. Creamy and not dry, no funky taste from the soup (would like to work on a healthier option, but when I have tried making my own thin/thick white sauce, it never seems to be creamy enough for me. I highly recommend trying this recipe and will try it in the crockpot next time!
