"Very good, it makes a ton! After reading all the reviews I added some flour to make sure it wasn't runny. I also made sure to only cook the noodles JUST al dente. That way they could soak up any extra watery-ness and still be good. We enjoyed this with grilled turkey breast and a side salad. A make again!"

"I really needed a recipe to use up all the wonderful zucchini from our garden. This recipe is perfect for that! My husband loved it but I was a little dissapointed. Make sure your grill isn't too high or you'll burn the bottom before anything cooks! I should have also sliced the zucchini thinner and put on less shallots. "

"While this was cooking it smelled absolutly fantastic!!! I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut them up into nugget like pieces. My only issue was that it was way salty! I should have thought of it first to see if my bagel chips were already salted. Salt is an easy fix for next time. "

Reviewed Tomato Feta Pasta Salad

"I was looking for an alternative to normal pasta salad and this was very good. I found it to be a bit salty but with some added olive oil it was fine. I also left out the capers, just don't like them. My husband says it's a make again!"
