Reviewed Grilled Sirloin Steaks with Pepper and Caper Salsa

This salsa has a very different flavor, but is absolutely amazing. I used green peppers instead of yellow because that is what I had in the house and it was really yummy. It's great contrast to the Herbs De Provance on the steaks! I will definitely keep this in my arsenal of recipes to make for guests!"

Reviewed Potato, Orange and Arugula Salad

This recipe was amazing! I would totally make it again, but would leave the potatoes out until after tosing the arugula in the dressing and then serve them on top of a bed of the salad. I think this would keep them crispier longer. Other than that - the flavors and freshness are perfect!"
