I read the reviews beforehand, but thought I would try the recipe anyways. I measured out the lime juice to exactly 3T, I only used 1 1/2 limes and had I just squeezed 3 limes it would have made the dough soupy. I also added a little bit more cornmeal and rice flour before kneading. That made a difference in the texture and after it chills for "
