Reviewed Leftover Oatmeal Bread

Great use of leftover oatmeal (mine had a few raisins). I used 1T of honey instead of agave. I proofed in the frig for 3 hours before baking rather than overnight as we couldn't wait! The loaf turned out quite dense, which was good but wonder if overnight proofing would have produced a lighter loaf? Great toasted.
