Reviewed Provencal Vegetable Soup
"This is, by far, the best vegetable soup I have ever eaten. After eating this, I can't tolerate canned soup. The chopping takes a bit of time but it's good therapy and so worth every vegetable in it. I don't usually have the ingredients for the Pistou that Ina serves with the soup, but have never had anything but compliments when I share with my neighbors. I am called "The Soup Lady" because I live in a Senior Apartment community and when I hear that a friend is sick I always bring them soup. Thanks so much for this recipe.

"This is just what I have been craving and can't wait to make.
About Me
I'm a Southern cook who watches Paula Deen like she was my mother, since she reminds me of her, although I'm a couple of years older than her. I love Ina's cooking because she sticks to basics and it is easy to follow her instructions. Both are tops in my book. I dream of meeting Paula one day before I die (and I hope that comes true).
