"This is a good recipe. Can easily add a few extra ingredients to "kick it up a notch". *Trick to getting it to puff up is to use a hearty bread and let it soak up enough of the egg/milk mixture. Be sure to leave it in the oven long enough (increase time to 15 minutes if necessary). Should puff up nicely!""
