Reviewed Cranberry-Pecan Bread

"Made this yesterday using baking soda, as stated in the printed version. The flavor is great but I'm not thrilled with the wet texture. I watched the video just now and while making the bread, he said to use baking powder. The woman who created this recipe nodded her head in agreement. So...now what? I wonder if I should try again with baking"
