"These are the best scones we have ever had. They are tasty, moist and plain delicious!
Cannot wait to make another batch!"
"This recipe was delicious. The parsley sauce was light and tasty. The pineapple was perfect with it. I am making it again this week-end for our guests. Thanks once again Giada for a great dish!!

"My family loved this recipe! I will definitely make it again. I do agree that the couscous was a little dry and will add more broth the next time. The only thing I did differently was add basil and tarragon (a smidgen). Probably would not add the tarragon next time and would use a different white fish with more flavor. Thanks Giada! You""
I have been married for 50 years. In my early years of marriage I was a very poor cook, and all I learned came from my Mom. My mother-in-law taught me my baking skills, along with trial and error. I am told by my family and friends that I am a very good cook. That is important to me because I grew up with good food being a very important part of life. All visits from friends and all celebrations were always about being a gracious host/hostess by offering a delicious bite.
I do indeed LOVE TO COOK!
