"I made this last week so it could be sampled BEFORE taking one for a church dinner tomorrow. Everyone LOVED it!!! I used a spice cake mix instead of the yellow cake mix and it was almost like a graham cracker crust. Everyone agreed that it seemed like a cross between a pumpkin pie and a pumpkin cheesecake. You can't get much better than that!!""
