Reviewed "Eat Your Vegetables!": Green Bean Salad with Red Onion and Tomato

This is a great salad and side dish! I added it to my list of ace-in-the-hole recipes for when I invite friends to dinner. It's so simple and naturally fresh! It tastes good the 2nd and 3rd day too, though the color and texture fades a bit. Some hints: 1) Don't over cook the green beans (3 minutes in 1/2' boiling water is my favorite). 2) Remember...
