I used to work @ a Greek Diner in NJ. The chef there used to rock this dish. I ate this all the time (when the owner wasn't around). This recipe is tight. I like it thicker and served with lemon rice pilaf and an artichoke heart. Miss them Budd Lake Diner Daze!

This was awesome. Used Southren Comfort to caramelize the apples. Also used crushed pecans along with the cranberries. I would not say this is a super easy dish to make, but the effort is well worth the time. I will certainly make this again soon. Next time I will use a bigger pork loin.
