This was absolutely delicious, and so healthful as a bonus! I used 2 cups of yogurt instead of 3 and might still use a little less next time. It made enough for about 4 drinks. The ginger is essential but not overpowering at all. Great for an upset stomach and even cleared my sinuses! Pineapple is a miracle fruit!"

I have yet to make both of them, but you can find the Brass Sisters' recipe on Google very easily. Just use brass sisters pineapple upside down cake as a search term. The first link has a printer-friendly version.

I am using fresh pineapple in both when I make them - will check back in and let you know which is best!

I am looking forward to making this tonight, but I'm confused about all the references to cumin. I don't see any cumin in the recipe. Did all the people who made it and loved it use the cumin or not and, if so, how much?
