Saw this this morning on tv and had to make it!! The pork was so flavorful and DELICIOUS!! I wish the zucchini and carrots at the store had been a bit fatter because they were a bit soggy, but the flavors here are to die for! Will try it again for sure!! Thanks Guy and Matthew!!

Make sure you are using a coarse sea salt and not kosher or table salt ;)

Meh. This was a bit underwhelming to me. Thankfully I read some of the other recommendations before I made this and used about half a cup of the pasta water at the end instead of all of the additional oil - it was still a little greasy feeling to me. I also added red pepper flakes for a little heat, a clove of garlic and a chopped shallot for s"

Watched you make this this morning and ran out for the ingredients to go with my carne asada burritos. This is SO DELICIOUS!! I couldn't find mexican crema so I substituted sour cream and it came out perfect. I added the cilantro to the poblano crema in the food processor so I didn't have to chop it separately - added a little extra depth of fla"

INA - this is AWESOME!! I am a carb fanatic and didn't even miss the pasta! One dish, so easy and fast, and delicious!!! i even took the tails off and laid the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish - worked out fantastic. Definitely needed a little bit under the broiler to create a bit of crunch, but definitely watch it in the oven... Served"

Was so excited to make this after seeing it on TV the other day. Unfortunately, it's not my favorite, sorry, Giada! Even though I used reduced sodium broth and cut back on the salt amounts in the recipe, mine came out very salty and the flavor just wasn't there. :(:(
After reading the reviews that talked about grittiness I was sure to pour...

Delicious and so easy! I squirted a tiny bit of lemon juice on them and had with some steamed broccoli. I also used the drippings with flour, a dash of S&P, chicken stock, and a splash of milk to make gravy to have the leftovers with a smashed potato tomorrow."

YUM YUM YUM!!! While this recipe does have a lot of ingredients, it was WELL worth the effort! I just used canola oil instead of the bacon grease because I had it on hand, and left out the sausage since I'm not a fan of it. Hands down the best chili I've ever made - goodbye store bought chili kits!!! Thanks, Guy :)"

This was a great recipe and a nice change from my usual recipe. I left out the cinnamon after reading some of the reviews. In the future, I may also decide to leave out the bacon. Overall it was ooey gooey deliciousness! Thanks Melissa :)"

This is the first mac and cheese recipe that I've actually been successful with - I used half white cheddar. Next time I may try some monterrey jack cheese. Found that it does need quite a bit of salt and pepper to be tasty. Overall a good recipe - Thanks Ree!!"

Very tasty recipe - total comfort food! The addition of the cauliflower to this dish was a very nice twist. I poached boneless kinless breasts in half water/half chicken stock and a few peppercorns - turned out great and much easier than all the ingredients and steps just for poached chicken. OMG - this was AWESOME!!! I used thick cut bacon slices as well (since my store didn't have slab bacon) and I cut off a little bit of the fat since I was using skin on chicken thighs.
