I have been making this meatloaf (not the pasta) for over 7 years minus the raisins. I have used seasoned spinach or fresh spinach, provolone or mozzarella, proscuitto or ham. Even done just spinach and cheese. Always delicious. I make two and freeze one. Thank you Rachel.
