Fabulous!! Lots of dishes, but so amazingly delicious. We added a little velveeta for extra creaminess, more dry mustard, smoky paprika, dry thyme and a 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper for a little kick. We topped with seasoned buttered panko for crunch. The sauce was so delicious my husband and I had to stop ourselves from just eating it as a soup!! W"

Spicy deliciousness! We used root beer and it was amazing. After we removed the meat, we used a stick blender to make a smooth sauce. We froze half for later use. So easy and over the top flavor! We love you, Ree and all of your recipes!"

Very very easy and so flavorful! We will roast tomatoes this way from now on!! We did add a little red pepper flake for a bit of heat as well 2 tablespoons of Sofrito (tomato paste with peppers, garlic and onions) to round out the flavor profile. We used a hand blender and did not need to strain. So tasty and filling!!"

Beyond delicious! This was the most amazing hen I ever ate. We were making yummy noises and could not eat fast enough! We basted often and the skin was crisp, meat juicy and full of flavor. Bacon stayed on and added a nice texture and flavor. We will make this often! We added a little smoked paprika which gave a golden reddish color to the skin. T"

Flavorful and amazing! Just ate this dish and had to thank Marcela! We added 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 2 jalepenos chopped, 5 shakes worchestershire, 2 tablespoons sofrito, 2 teaspons smoked paprika and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne. I'm not a pork fan, but this was rock star good food! We ate in corn tortillas as tacos and tomorrow will make nachos with q"
