"Just made this tonight and I followed some of the other reviewers' suggestions. I omitted the capers and onion, and added garlic (I love garlic, even raw) I am out of balsamic, so I used red wine vinegar, as suggested. "This is my go to corn muffin recipe. So quick and easy and uses ingredients that I almost always have on hand. I use regular muffin tins and they come out perfect. I also use powdered buttermilk (that you can keep in the fridge and stays good for a long time. Great recipe!"

"So Good! I have made these a number of times and they always turn out fabulous. Agree with other reviews, they only need to boil for a few seconds. I put two in and take the first out as soon as I put the second in. Other than that, they always turn out perfect for me!
