This was DELICIOUS!! My husband has just gone on and on about it! Glad I made it with the corn meal instead of regular grits (which I also like). But the corn meal was so smooth and perfect! Great dinner!!

AMAZING!! I followed this recipe exactly and have made it several times. My husband loves it, and I even made it for my mom on our beach trip last summer! It is SO delicious. It's hard for me to want to make shrimp any other way now! I usually serve it over some whole wheat pasta. I'm planning to make it again this week!

I made this recipe with chicken instead of lobster and used chicken stock. It was fabulous! I kept the fennel which gave it a delicious and interesting twist on an ordinary chicken potpie. I LOVE this quick and easy dressing! I had to look at 2 stores to find the Champagne vinegar, but totally worth it because it gives it a great flavor. Definitely suggest CA olive oil, too.
