Reviewed Fusilli with Pecorino Romano and Black Pepper

"This was delicious! I added some chicken breast that I had cooked in the oven and cut up which made it a complete meal. I also chopped the garlic and left it. Next time I might double the amount of fresh spinach because it need more in my opinion. This makes a lot of food so I was even able to freeze leftovers in containers for my 2 year old to ha""

Reviewed Shrimp and Grits

"This was DELICIOUS!! My husband has just gone on and on about it! Glad I made it with the corn meal instead of regular grits (which I also like). But the corn meal was so smooth and perfect! Great dinner!!

Reviewed Baked Shrimp Scampi

"AMAZING!! I followed this recipe exactly and have made it several times. My husband loves it, and I even made it for my mom on our beach trip last summer! It is SO delicious. It's hard for me to want to make shrimp any other way now! I usually serve it over some whole wheat pasta. I'm planning to make it again this week!

Reviewed Lobster Pot Pie

"I made this recipe with chicken instead of lobster and used chicken stock. It was fabulous! I kept the fennel which gave it a delicious and interesting twist on an ordinary chicken potpie. I also added a little dry white wine instead of the Pernod, and added some frozen mixed veggies. The crust is just perfect! Totally worth the effort to make it. As always, thanks for a delicious recipe Ina!

Reviewed Vinaigrette For Green Salad

"I LOVE this quick and easy dressing! I had to look at 2 stores to find the Champagne vinegar, but totally worth it because it gives it a great flavor. Definitely suggest CA olive oil, too. It is delicious! I have made dressings with red wine vinegar and just whatever olive oil I had on hand, but they were not nearly as flavorful as this one. I've never gotten a recipe from Ina that hasn't been amazing!
