I made this using scallops, and another time, used monk fish. This is such a delicious recipe.

I made this last night, and it was great! I had leftover baked chicken, and this dressed up my meal. I love chick peas (used canned ones), and I'm always looking for good recipes in order to use them. This is also a good way to use up your bumper crop of tomatoes. Really, really good!"

This chicken was so tasty! The hot sauce and the self rising flour give this chicken an amazing flavor. I don't like blue cheese but decided I would try the sauce. I'm glad that I did. The flavors blend so well, and it really adds even more flavor to the chicken. I didn't make them as sliders, just as a dinner dish. Really, really good!""

This was really good. You mix up a batch of this spice combination. You do not use it all at once. I added a bit more salt to my batch. It was wonderful!!!"
