I love to cook and try out many recipes from food network stars.  There have been times when the recipes did not work due to some direction or ingrediant being wrong.  I think an idea for a new show would be finding an everyday home cook who plans a dinner party, shops for the ingredients and cooks the actual recipes.  We could follow him or her through the steps all the way to serving and tasting.  Then the guest could rate the dish.  Viewers could rate the dinner party and vote for the dish they'd most like to taste.  Finalist could be chosen for a cook off.  Call me and we'll discuss - LOL!
