Wonderful bright flavors and the crunch really adds to the taste and texture. I used baking Splenda as a substitute for the sugar in the dressing - excellent. Another great way to use fresh June strawberries. This one is a keeper.. "

This was a really fantastic Huevos Ranceros. The salsa would be delicious with or without the chorizo. I lived in San Antonio for 3 years and this recipe beats any huevos rancheros I had in restaurants there. I could not find queso freso here in NC, but used Pepper Jack instead - wonderful. I'll definitely make again!""

Reviewed Peaches and Cream Muffins

I saw Paula and Bobby make this recipe on FN. Looked good, so I bought some fresh peaches and tried it out. Easy and delicious. I did use low fat sour cream, but everything else was as the recipe called for. I will be making these again and passing the recipe on to friends. I can't quite imagine why so many people did not like these muffins...
