"Someone is trying to give potato salad a bad name.The proportions are absurd.Can you imagine the size of the bowl you would need to crumble or mash 10 pounds of potatoes.Can you imagine the size of the pot you need to boil 10 pounds of potatoes?Even if you should correct the obvious mistake you still would have a very pedestrian potato salad.
