Learned ethnic cooking from immigrants from Syria, Ukraine, India, Italy, Greece, Slovenia, Taiwan & Lebanon. Love the flavors of various cultures and their traditions. Learned Syrian food at my grandmother's kitchen table and Ukranian food, especially pastries from my mother. Learned that when you share your food, you share your soul with another human being. A very spiritual experience to speak with another with food.
