"i used half swiss chard and half spinach--it was perfect! also, i added a tiny bit of orzo just because i had some i needed to use up... big mistake. it made it too thick. and the pasta just got soggy after the soup had simmered a while. AND, it sopped up a lot of the broth. it was still delish, but next time i will stick to the recipe; it's great the way it is.
