“SO delicoius!!! So full of flavor and rich and creamy. I used 2% milk instead of half-and-half and the cheese sauce was still very thick and creamy. I even think 1% or skim would be fine too, considering all the cheese, butter and sour cream -- the sauce will still maintain a richness!
I was lazy so I only chopped/minced one clove...”
