I made this for dinner tonite, my first time ever making Chicken Piccata or for that matter any Piccata it turned out fabulous!! So easy, used lemon olive oil in place of regular and followed everything else to a "t" - it was perfect! Easy to follow - will definitely make it over and over again and share with company - they WILL be impressed!!!...

OMG, Emeril thank you for sharing this I followed your recipe to a "T" except I added a couple pinches of cayenne and at the very end before serving I added a couple pinches of saffron! This could be served in any 5-Star Restaurant! I will use it as a base for clam chowder and fish stew - it was PERFECTION!"
