Very good. I was concerned about the oil and garlic, but it is a nice way to season the tomatoes while still maintaining the fresh flavor. I think it might have too many tomatoes for the amount of bread.

It was excellent! I only substituted almonds for pine nuts to lower the cost, but followed the rest of the recipe to a tee. It was excellent! I made it for Christmas lunch as a side dish.
