Reviewed Fiery Cajun Shrimp

This recipe is now a staple in my home. At first, I was a bit hesitant to "bake" the shrimp in the oven but I'm sure glad I tried it! The combination of flavors in this dish are divine! It's lemony and spicy and goes so well tossed with pasta or rice. The shrimp always come out prefectly cooked. I have found that you don't need 5 lbs of shrimp. Ha"
