Reviewed Figs in Red Wine with Herbed Goat Cheese

"Cooking time is not long enough and heat needs to be higher to thicken it well.
Added more honey to bring up the flavor.
A great addition to many cheeses though and I think a great
compliment to meat.

Reviewed Asian-Style Baked Mahi Mahi

"Bland Bland Bland....
It definitley has the right "bones" but the flavor is completely lacking. Maybe lemongrass or peper flakes. Thank goodness I had a great fish to take it over.
Cooking time is also too low and too short a time
at least 350 for 20 minutes"
