I just had to try this recipe. The concept sounded sooooo easy and it was. I used Sara Lee cinnamon raisin bagels - each bagel slice is nice and thick so they worked well with this recipe. I did not have any brandy on hand so I used 1/2 teaspoon of rum extract and as Rachel would say......Yummmmo!

Great Flavor! Don't omit the coriander, it enhances the flavor of the meat perfectly. I would recommend to double the sauce and eggs.
