This recipe is a new family favorite. The addition of the Jack cheese really enhanced the flavor. It is perfect for feeding a crowd, everyone went back for seconds and requested I add this recipe for potatoes to the holiday menu. I put it in a large lasagna pan that is about 3 inches deep.

This is a good recipe. However, Marcela's Sophisticated S'More recipe is even better. My grand children love it. The entire family was amazed that the marshmallow and graham cracker were made from scratch. Marcela please add it to the Foodnetwork site.

This is great. I substituted oregano for the Italian seasoning because I was out. I also used a 10x15 pan to get a thinner crust and used a small 8oz can a pizza sauce. You cannot go wrong with this recipe. It is definitely a keeper and is a wonderful substitute for a bread pizza crust."

Just made this and it came out beautifully. The pastry rolled out perfectly. I decided to chill it for 30 minutes before baking. It took only 30 minutes to prepare. I can't wait to try it with other fruit combinations such as peaches or mixed berries.

The cake for this recipe is great. But the balance between 1/2 stick butter to 1cup of brown sugar does not give the right consistency for carmalization. When I try this again I will only use 1/2 cup brown sugar."
