I am only giving it 3 stars because I made a mistake. I forgot to add the butter when the recipe called for it and added it in after the liquid ingredients. It looked beautiful but I thought this was too bland. It needed more sugar and it also was very gummy. But that could hgave been my fault. I'll try it again adding the ingredients in the c"

Made it for company this weekend and they LOVED IT! I was nervous (as always) making cheesecake but this was easy and delicious. I did leave it in for the amount required, but felt the texture could have been a little more firmer. I left the oven door open for 45 min instead of the recommended 60 min. This may have had something to do with it....
