Reviewed meatloaf

This was a huge success for my Christmas dinner. I would recommend this recipe to anyone. The only thing I would tell anyone to change would be to place meatloaf under broiler for a few minutes before serving. This helped crisp the bacon and carmilized the sauce.

My family loved this recipe. The only variation I made was to add some of the parika to the flour mixture as well as the sauce. I think next time I make this I may try adding mushrooms.
