Reviewed Chicken with Wild Mushrooms

"I actually made this recipe from my new Ina Garten cookbook a week before seeing her make it on the show. I made it for dinner guests. Loved it. I had a portion of the breast and it was not tough at all. I recommend using good quality chicken. Our friends, who usually don't have seconds, had seconds. The cookbook recipe makes twice the amount o"

"Easy to make. I used the Norwegian salmon as was recommended and it was not too salty. I added a small amount of capers and finely chopped shallots. I will make it again."

Reviewed Exploding Chicken Taquitos

"I love taquitos, but never make them since they are so high in fat and calories. When I saw these made on the show I thought I would give them a try. They are so simple to make. Reviewed Squash-tastic Shepherd's Pie

"Because my husband and I are trying to eat more healthy after the holidays, I dicided to try this recipe. I was not sure if my husband would like it since he doesn't much care for vegetables. Reviewed Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi

Other then adding the coconut, I followed the recipe and cooked it the maximum suggested time. My guests thought it was very good "

Reviewed Bombay Sloppy Joes

"I think this was a time consuming recipe to make on a week night. If I did I would use pre chopped onions and jared ginger and garlic to save time. The flavor was very good. I too thought that it was a little runny and made the bread soggy. I would add less water or none. My family did not think it was too spicy hot. I thought it was a very good dish and I will make it again.
