"I used the cooking method, but my own sauce. We have a new stove, so pretty sure the oven regulation is right (the old one was, well, unpredictable)... followed the listed times and this came out perfect! "
"I hadn't read the reviews, but, hey, YOU'RE the cook! I noticed the liquid was runny and needed some seasoning, so thickened and seasoned it. Duh! Likewise, it wasn't particularly bubbly or browned after 15 minutes, so... I cooked it longer.
It was a big success, and used up a bunch of leftovers."
"Not savory??? This dish is both delicious and beautiful. Veal chops have been pretty reasonably priced lately, and this is an elegant way to serve them.
It would be a shame if one bad review had scared folks away since 2007."
