Big hit as one of our Thankgsving appetizers. Very easy made the stuffing ahead, cooled slightly and refrigerated(prior to adding the cheeses. Re-heated the stuffing and swirled in the marscapone and parm cheeses as the mushrooms where marinating in marsala. ""

This recipe was excellent and very easy. I rarely substitute but the grocery store was out of pearl onions so I used shallots.
